1.Technical field:

    It belongs to the field of electrical alloy materials, especially a method for preparing silver metal oxide contact tips used in contactors, circuit breakers, relays and other fields.

2. Product advantages:

    ① We have a complete range of materials and processes and have independent intellectual property rights, especially the preparation level of pre-oxidation process materials is leading in the industry;

    ② The preparation process has a high degree of automation, strip production is continuous, and the product has excellent reliability;

    ③ The application current level covers 0.1A~4000A;

    ④ Various special material systems can be customized and developed according to customer needs.

3. Background technology:

    In the low-voltage apparatus industry, the most widely used electrical contact materials are currently silver-based electrical contact materials. Among them, silver metal oxide electrical contact materials have excellent resistance to arc erosion, resistance to welding, and low and stable contact resistance. With comprehensive advantages, it occupies an important position in the entire electrical contact material system. When silver metal oxide materials are used in the field of contactors with larger current levels, they are usually processed into contact tips, which are welded to copper contact bridges and then assembled. Due to the poor wettability between the silver metal oxide material and the solder and copper alloy contact bridge, during the contact processing process, a pure silver layer needs to be compounded on the soldering surface as a transition layer to improve welding strength and increase welding area between the contact and contact bridge. Based on the processing and usage processes, as well as cost factors, the requirements for the composite silver layer can be broken down into three aspects:

    ① High and stable composite strength, no composite interface peeling occurs during welding and electrical contact;

    ② The thickness of the composite silver layer should be uniform and controllable, and should be as thin as possible while meeting standards, welding requirements and usage requirements;

    ③ The silver layer welding surface has good flatness and wettability, ensuring that the contacts have sufficient welding strength and welding area during the welding process;

    ④ At present, there are four composite silver processes that have been mass-produced in the industry, namely powder hot-pressed composite silver, hot-rolled composite silver, extrusion composite silver and cold heading composite silver.
